A good point-of-sale system does more than just add up amounts. It helps your team make sales quickly, processes payments correctly, supports your bookkeeping, and grows along with your business. OmEs pay configures a Flowmate setup with the hardware and integrations you really need.
Flowmate was developed for the Belgian market and supports, among others, the hospitality industry and small businesses.
If the amount is compatible, it is automatically sent to the payment terminal.
Integrations with Scrada, accounting software, and other applications help reduce duplicate work.
For hospitality businesses subject to mandatory requirements, we provide a certified point-of-sale system and a tax data module.
Sales tracking, product or menu management, users, payment methods, adjustments, and reports all come together at the register. In the food and beverage industry, this may also include kitchen or bar management; in retail, it may include scanners, labels, or customer displays. Not every business needs the same features.
That’s why OmEs pay is designed around your workflow. We select the point-of-sale software, screens, printers, terminals, and integrations that best suit your retail locations and employees. The setup must remain intuitive even during peak times.
OmEs pay works with Flowmate, a Belgian point-of-sale platform that offers solutions for point-of-sale, mobile use, kitchen management, and back-office operations. The platform is used in restaurants, bars, hotels, chip shops, bakeries, and other small businesses, among others.
Available features and integrations depend on your license, hardware, and current product version. For this reason, we do not describe a one-size-fits-all package: during the demo, we will show you the specific configuration recommended for your business.
With a supported POS integration, the amount is sent from the POS system to the terminal. After payment, the POS system receives a status update. Employees do not need to re-enter the amount, which reduces the likelihood of errors and speeds up the checkout process.
The integration can operate locally or via a cloud interface. The terminal, provider, POS version, and protocol must be compatible with one another. OmEs pay tests not only successful payments but also cancellations, declines, timeouts, and restarts.
Through a supported Flowmate-Scrada integration, daily receipts and payment methods can be processed digitally. Scrada offers digital statutory ledgers, integrations with accounting software, and Peppol functionality. The accountant continues to have a say in how the file is organized.
A reservation system can manage availability, confirmations, and, if applicable, advance payments. A direct connection to the point-of-sale system is only available if both vendors support that integration.
For custom solutions, APIs or certified interfaces can exchange data. An API key alone does not ensure a secure or reliable integration; authentication, status handling, and maintenance must also be factored into the design.
If your hospitality business is subject to the GKS requirement, both the point-of-sale software and the fiscal data module must be GKS 2.0-certified. New businesses subject to this requirement must use the new generation immediately as of July 1, 2026. Existing users have a transition period based on the purchase date of their current POS system.
OmEs pay helps you select, register, and install the right components. The tax assessment of your specific situation remains a matter for your accountant or the Federal Public Service Finance.
We'll take a look at products or menus, users, workstations, payment times, and reporting.
Software, hardware, licenses, terminals, and interfaces are budgeted as a single unit.
The entire workflow will be set up and tested, including error and exception scenarios.
Your employees will receive training and can contact us daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with any technical questions.
Request a no-obligation demo and show us how you currently handle sales, payments, and reporting. OmEs pay will customize a Flowmate point-of-sale system to fit your industry, team, and accounting needs.
OmEs pay uses Flowmate, a Belgian point-of-sale platform that offers software for the register, mobile use, kitchen management, and back-office operations. The specific features, licenses, and hardware are configured on a per-business basis.
Flowmate caters to restaurants, bars, hotels, fry shops, bakeries, and other small businesses, among others. Whether it’s right for you depends on the features and integrations you need. A demo will show you if the platform fits your workflow.
This is often the case when the terminal, payment partner, POS version, and interface are compatible. The amount is then automatically forwarded, and the payment status is reported back. OmEs pay checks and tests the combination.
Some monitors, PCs, printers, or scanners can be reused if they are technically supported, secure, and perform adequately. An inventory and compatibility test are required before reuse is approved.
That depends on the software feature, license, terminal, and connection. Some local operations may continue to function, while cloud features or transactions require a connection. OmEs pay discusses the contingency procedure and any redundancy measures.
Through Scrada or other supported integrations, daily receipts and data can be sent to an accounting system. The available fields and frequency depend on the specific software packages involved. Please coordinate this with your accountant.
Point-of-sale transactions and structured B2B invoices are separate documents and processes. Peppol can be supported through Scrada or integrated invoicing software. Check which data is transferred from the point-of-sale system and which invoicing software handles the transmission.
Only if you are subject to the GKS requirement. The general rule applies to businesses with more than 25,000 euros in revenue (excluding VAT) from restaurant and catering services, excluding beverages. There are exceptions; have your situation officially confirmed.
That depends on the number of workstations, menu or product data, hardware, network, integrations, GKS registration, and training. OmEs pay creates a schedule after the initial consultation. A full hospitality setup requires more preparation than a single point-of-sale terminal.
Technical support is available daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Administrative support is available on business days. Remote support is available; on-site service and replacement are subject to the terms of your plan.
